Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A drum stand for 40 /50-gallon 182/228 litre) size drums, has been introduced by Powell and Company which is a combined drain stand and lifter with a detachable lever handle. No straps or hooks are required to secure the drum; one handle serves any number of stands.

Once lifted into the horizontal position, it is simple to drain out the contents of the drum through the end bung without spillage or risk to the operator. The drum is lifted high enough for filling a 3gal. bucket or measure.

The stand. has two large solid nylon wheels, 6in. diameter on a lin. axle, for local manoe. wring when the handle is inserted. Made by: Powell and Company, Burry Port, Germs, South Wales.
