Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

the North British Rubber Co. Ltd. and Sto-Chem Ltd., the companies will operate under the name of Uniroyal Ltd., Uniroyal now being the world-wide corporate trade mark of the US Rubber Group. This was announced by Mr. Walter D. Baldwin, vice-president of the US Rubber Co. at a press conference in London last week. Uniroyal tyres and other products of the group will be manufactured at new factories in Newbridge, Midlothian, and it is expected that tyre production will be started in the last quarter of this year.

A research team from this country has recently returned from an investigation in the United States of a new plastics material, Uniroyal Royalex. This expanded Royalite which is composed of acrylonitrile, butadiene and styrene and sheets can be readily vacuum formed without affecting its grain structure for the production of sections for all types of commercial vehicle bodywork. including cabs and vans. Although the cost of Royalex is higher than that of glass fibre materials this may be offset in a typical application by savings in tooling and labour costs and it is pertinent that repairs are facilitated by the ease with which the panels can be remoulded after the application of heat. Royalex will be available in sheet form and the company will also produce moulded sections to the specifications of the bodybuilder.

Increasingly employed in recent years for the timing drives of racing-car and private-car engines, the company's Power-grip grooved belts have recently been used for the power take-off pump drives of the discharge systems of bulk tankers and for gearbox-road wheel drives of small trucks.
