Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DANISH SEAWAYS' British haulage subsidiary has changed its name to Harwich Transport, reflecting its change of operating base.

The company, which runs 25 of its own vehicles and frequently subcontracts work for as many vehicles each day, was known previously as E. 0. Hooks Transport, and until last year was based at Wix, in Essex.

Its move to Harwich coincided with an expansion of activities to include haulage, warehousing, distribution and commercial vehicle maintenance. Although Danish Seaways (DFDS) is its main customer, it operates on an arm's length basis from it.

The company stresses that it is in no way connected with the Harwich Transport Company which operated until 1979.
