In all of this I detect a certain amount of British operators at least do not have to contend with hostility from the RAC and AA, which, in any event, would not resort to the intemperate language that seems to flourish in Canada.
Incidentally, most of the cover of the October issue of Bus and Truck Transport was occupied by a picture of a beautiful girl holding a spanner. A caption directed towards her miniscule frayed shorts read: "S-series test: A mechanic's dream from International." She was anybody's dream wherever she came from.
