Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

RIBBLE has produced a cheap and easy-to-handle storage and dispensing facility for new £1 coins.

Designed for the o-m-o bus drivers the coin holder/dispenser comprises of a spring loaded aluminium tube which can be clipped to existing change machines. It is easily detached for carrying in the driver's pocket when he leaves his vehicle.

All Ribble drivers will be provided with the new dispenser ready for the introduction of the £1 coin in April. The standard Ribble tube holds £20.

The new dispenser is available to other bus operators at £5 including retaining clips, with a discount for bulk orders. Anyone interested should contact the chief engineer or works manager at Frenchwood Avenue, Preston PR1 41_11, phone 0772 54754.
