Gladwyn Parlour Car Services (1928) was registered as a private company on November 20th with a nominal capital of 167,500 to acquire the undertaking of the Gladwyn, Parlour Car Services and to take over the businesses of G. R. Beck, carried on as the Direct Services, G. Swain, as the Blue Bus Services, and S. Keeling and B. Keeling, as Keeling and Son. The directors of the company are Messrs. B. E. Shenton, 0. T. lemon and B. IL Oliver.
