Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NFT DISTRIBUTION wants authority for 100 vehicles and 140 trailers at a site on the Stakehill Industrial Estate in Middleton, Greater Manchester.

The food and drinks distributor has agreed on a 10-year lease for an undisclosed rent on the 92,000ft2 Unit 66, which includes loading bay, trailer parking and car parking facilities.

It is located close to the A627 and about one mile from the M62 motorway. Neighbouring occupiers include Wincanton and Aldi UK.

The Stakehill site will replace NFT’s traditional North West operating centre at Park Seventeen, Bury, Greater Manchester.

NFT says it decided to relocate to the Middleton site because of its size and location, and as a result of securing several new contracts David Frankish, NFT CEO, says: “We’re pleased with the progress NFT has made over the past 12 months and in our highly complex and demanding market there’s certainly no room for resting on our laurels.”
