DAIMLER-BENZ has introduced a new midicoach designated the Mercedes-Benz 301. The coach chassis is to be built for DamilerBenz by its Swiss associate, NAW, and the body by Padane of Modena, Italy.
The 8.4m long coach will be available with 32 fixed or 28 reclining seats, air suspension and is to be powered by a turbocharged six cylinder 0M366A engine developing 1 25kW (170bhp) at 2,600rpm.
No plans for selling the model in the UK have been announced.
