LEYLAND BUS is assessing British operator reaction to a 9.5m midibus built by Dab, its Danish subsidiary.
If the reaction is favourable, the model may be marketed in Britain.
One operator known to be interested is a National Bus subsidiary, Cumberland Motor Services, which needs replacements for six short Leopard coaches used on its WhitehavenMillom route.
The 43-seat DAB would be capable of negotiating the Seascale arch.
