NATIONAL Bus Company engineering subsidiary, Amalgamated Passenger Transport of Bracebridge Heath, Lincoln, is to cease trading on October 31.
The decision to close the company was taken at NBC board level and all employees were officially informed by general manager Dawson Williams on July 23.
NBC is making efforts to find the 130-strong APT workforce new jobs.
