Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CENTRAL-Trailer Rental has ordered 10 12.19m (40ft) refrige rated semitrailers from Wincanton Bodywork with Concargo Permacold panels.

The trailers will be classified under ATP class C and used for international freighting by Wincanton Transport, among others.

Concargo Permacold panels were specified because of their thermal efficiency and high finished standard. The panels are pressure-injected, rigid urethane foam sandwiched between continuous grp skins.

They are available in standard or custom-built form and, according to Concargo, meet all relevant national and international standards. Concargo claims total compatibility with all current chassis models and running gear.
