Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A LIST of dangerous substances and their particular problems has been published by the Health and Safety Commission for the benefit of companies sending such goods by road.

The Authorised and Approved List is available from Her Majesty's Stationery Offices for £9 and is intended for use in conjunction with the Classification, Packaging and Labelling of Dangerous Substances Regulations, which will soon be laid before Parliament.

The Regulations will cover all substances including preparations and mixtures classified dangerous for supply and/or transport by road.

They will need to be packaged adequately and labelled properly to indicate their potential dangers and to give advice on how to handle them safely. Most of the substances listed are industrial, but consumer products like paints, bleach and wood preservatives are included.
