Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

GENERAL MANAGER of TNT Overnite, Alan Jones, has been promoted to head the British operation of the Australian-based TNT expess parcels group.

As director and general manager of TNT Roadfreight (UK) Mr Jones will have full responsibility for the running of all the group's British activities. These now comprise nine companies, nearly 4,000 staff and 39 company-owned depots.

Newest of the British operating divisions is TNT Contract Services. Nick Robinson has been appointed to head it as divisional general manager. He has held a variety of regional management positions within TNT since the Inter County Express terminal at Rotherham, where he had been manager, was taken over by the group.

The aim of the new company, which is yet to sign its first customer, is to provide distribution systems designed to customers' specifications. It is envisaged that these will integrate customers' own fleets with TNT vehicles.
