• There are 500 plating certificates ar 500 DoE test certificates somewhere circulation, following a theft at the DoE te station at Bishopbriggs, near Glasgow, la week. The test certificates are VTG5, seri numbers are C184001-C 184500: the platir certificates are VTG6 /7, serial numbers a: 915501-916000. The Department concerned that operators purchasir second-hand vehicles may be issued wit one of these stolen certificates and they al asking that anyone purchasing a vehic should examine the serial number of tt documents.
