Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

carrying capacity and would like your advice. Having collected all available manufacturers' literature I note that only one manufacturer states a "plated g.v.w." and that for all others only a g.v.w. is given.

Additionally one manufacturer lengthens the chassis of its 3-tanner, puts on bigger tyres and calls it a 4-tonner. Another likewise upgrades its 3-tonner to a 4-tanner by increasing wheel and tyre size. But is the Minister of Transport going to agree to these modifications? Or will I just have to wait and see?
