Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Clark Autocentre takes pride in the standard of service offered to its customers, and the quality of the work speaks for itself. Established in 1978 by Graham Clark to cater for the light commercial vehicle market, this family business has grown to cover all aspects of the motor trade, from private cars to medium size commercials. Clark Autocentre, located in Dyce near Aberdeen, now boasts two of the most technically advanced paintshops in Europe with climatically controlled booths that can cope with vehicles up to the size of a double deck bus. The company undertakes any paint job from a complete respray to signwriting, but its most unusual contract must be for the refurbishment of helicopters from the nearby heliport.

Back on the ground, Macaskill of Stornoway is a regular customer and, with a fleet exceeding 30 vehicles, keeps the paintshop busy throughout the year. This Leyland Daf unit was finished with Herberts materials: the cab with CV2K, the wheels and chassis with Superfleet. The airbrush work. which was carried out by Clark's signwriting specialist Michael Jenkins using Standox paint, took just four days.

It is a tribute to the durability of the Herberts paint system that the Macaskill vehicles, operating in the harsh climate of the Scottish hLghlands, never need to come back for a respray. The finish outlasts a vehicle's working life with the firm and, on average, that's four years.
