Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COSHH

There can be no doubt that the bodyshop environment will dramatically change in the run-up to a Single European Market next year and, already, the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health regulations have made an impact on the trade. Herberts has taken COSHH very seriously and responded with a number of practical measures to assist the commercial vehicle bodyshop. Larry Fernandes, Herberts' Technical Services Manager, was a member of the Paint Manufacturers Association working group that prepared a joint industry document on the implications of COSHH. This covered every aspect of a bodyshop's paint operation and the precautions that should be taken to ensure a healthy and legal working environment. As a result, Herberts produced a Product Safety Manual to assist Standox refinishers in the safe use and handling of substances used in the workplace.

Currently, Herberts is preparing a set of nine COSHH Workstation Signs for commercial vehicle bodyshops . These bold new signs, constructed from sturdy white foamex material with red lettering and grey stripes, will cover each area of operation from 'Strip and Refit' to 'Tachograph' and 'Painting'.
