Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Suzuki has launched a long-wheel-base commercial version of the Samurai, first launched in the UK 10 years ago. The 4x4 model is powered by a 1,300cc petrol

engine developing 46kW (63hp) at 6,000rpm and 99Nm (731bft) of torque at 3,500rpm on unleaded fuel; there are no plans for a diesel model. Claimed payload is 430kg with a load volume of 1.9m3.

The LWB Samurai is built at the Santana plant in Spain which is shared with Land Rover. The Commercial, which costs £6,955 (ex-VAT), has a glass fibre hard top with a heated rear window and rear wash/wipe. The part-time four-wheel-drive system drives the rear wheels of the vehicle in two-wheel-drive mode.

A full roadtest will appear in CM shortly.
