• Sir Keith Bright, London Regional Transport's chairman and chief executive, has been re-appointed for a further three years by Transport Secretary John Moore. His new contract runs to the end of August 1990. Graham Kemp KEMP • Graham Kemp is the new commercial manager for the Landfill division of Biffa Waste Services. Kemp, 35, will be responsible for landfill sales at Biffa's 21 sites around Britain.
