Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A FORMER EMPLOYEE of Pengco Transport Systems consented to an order against him in the High Court last week banning him from business in "demountables"

The order against Mr Robert Wilson, of Leconfield Avenue, Loughborough, remains effective until judgment in an action Pengco has started against him or further order.

He also consented to an injunction restraining him until April 16, 1976, or earlier judgment or further order from working in competition in certain countries.

Mr G. B. Parker, for Pengco, told Mr Justice Goulding that there were two other actions against other former employees. There had been a hearing last month before another judge when agreed orders in the same form had been made against other 'defendants.
