AGREEMENT has been reached between the West Yorkshire PTE and a number of private bus operators to allow passengers to use the new concessionary passes and MetroCards on their services. These concessions include travel at half fare for old age pensioners and the registered disabled, but the blind will have free passes.
Discussions are taking place with South Yorkshire Road Transport about introducing these facilities on its services.
