Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ASWEDISH Volvo 39538 6 x 4 oilfields vehicle has been supplied to the National Supply Co., Ltd., London. E.C.1, by Scottorn, Ltd., New Malden, Surrey. It will be used by the International Drilling Co., in Kuwait.

The chassis, which has a 150-b.h.p. oil engine and Hendrikson double-drive rubber-mounted bogie, has a Scottorn 15-ft. 7-in. by 8-ft. I-in, platform body with an 81--in-diameter tail roller for skid loading. A Woodfield 50,000-1b. winch carries 190 ft. of cable.

A five-speed synchromesh gearbox is used and Michelin E.20 Metallic tyres are fitted. Non-standard items include an aluminium cab-roof shield, long-range fuel tanks, front-axle dampers, cabmounted searchlight, heavy-duty front bumper and a brush guard. A chassis similar to the one for Kuwait was exhibited at the Commercial Motor Show in 1956. This was a short-wheelbase dumper, however, with a turbocharged 185-131.p. oil engine.

A York 28-ft. semi-trailer of 18-ton capacity, can be used in conjunction with the Volvo, being connected by means of a retractable king-pin on the towing vehicle and an inverted fifth wheel on the trailer. The trailer also has a Scot-torn body with tail roller similar to that on the prime mover.
