ASUCCESSFUL application was made last week by Fry and Sons (Motor Engineers), Ltd., Wells, to the Western Traffic Commissioners to run Continental coach tours. A supporting witness said that people had to travel to London to
pick up Continental tours, Mr. T. D. Corpe, for Yeomans, Miller and Co., Cirencester, said that there was a danger in over-licensing. Mr. J. C. Perks, for the applicants, said that none of the objectors business would be abstracted.
Mr. S. W. Nelson, chairman, limited the number. of vehicles which Fry would be allowed to use to three.
