is to be reformed into two districts. Edinburgh District will comprise the present Edinburgh Branch, and the Glasgow District the remainder of the .existing Southern Scotland District.

Mr. J. Kirkland will become Glasgow District manager, and Mr. L. S. Jack, Edinburgh District manager.
