The corporations of the seaside towns are busying themselves with the consideration of regulations to control motor coach traffic. Blackpool is one of the first. To prevent obstruction or congestion in the borough streets during Faster and Whit .holidays, and during Jane, July, August and September, the following regulations have been made:— " All drivers of chars a-banes or omnibuses entering the borough shall, after unloading their vehicles, drive off immediately to a garage.
