• More than Um has been raised in two massive sales of vehicles and trailers formerly run by Federal Express.
ADT Auctions co-ordinated the sales held at the Sandy Lane Industrial Estate, Stourport.
The first sale attracted 300 registered buyers bidding for 550 vehicles including box vans, tractors and twin-axle box trailers, nearly 90% of which were sold, raising £1.2m.
The second sale included more than 150 light commercials, rigids and tippers.
More than 200 buyers registered and 92% of the vehicles were sold, raising over £800,000.
