• Longdon Truck Equipment is now offering a lightweight heavy-duty cantilever tail-lift suitable for 3.5-tonnes GVW vans and pickups.
The new US-made Waltoo P80 adds 200kg to a vehicle's kerb weight and costs £1,395 with 2200 fitting charges retail, plus VAT.
Its sealed electro-hydraulic power pack/control unit can be fitted anywhere on the chassis to give assisted closure of the 762mm deep steel platform which incorporates a 27mm fixed ramp. The tail-lift can be supplied in varying widths up to 2,134mm.
