Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A new smooth-sided tipping semi-trailer currently under development by Don-Bur will, it is claimed, offer fuel and weight savings, with improved handling.

The trailer sides are pillarless, allowing a lower unladen weight than existing models as well as with reduced drag. This, says Don-Bur, will allow an increased payload while showing fuel savings.

Although none of the new tipping trailers has yet been built, it is said to have a significantly lower centre of gravity, being much lower than the company's current models.

Construction of the new smooth-sider will take place in Don-Bur's Mossfield Road, Stoke, plant which has been expanded with an additional 1,100m2 of floor space.

Together with its 2,800m2 Victoria Road site in Adderley Green, Stoke-on-Trent, the plant now covers an area in excess of 4,650m2.
