CARRYCARE, SPD's care distribution division, has won a sixmonth contract to distribute toys to 30 Argos catalogue showrooms in the North of England.
It started fulfilling the contract at the beginning of last month, providing storage, order assembly, stock control and distribution from its 50,000 sq ft premises at Crewe in Cheshire.
Carrycare will make two deliveries a week to each showroom, to meet their Christmas peak shopping requirements.
