Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

COBOCO, the body-building division of CWS Transport Group from Urmston, Manchester, has produced what it claims to be the first sliding-door van built to comply with TIR regulations.

The body, which is built on a Ford 0813 rigid chassis and constructed with GRP/ply panels on a steel frame work, has fullwidth sliding doors and doubleopening rear doors.

The top and bottom edges of the side doors are totally enclosed in aluminium track, while the locking devices have been redesigned to comply with the international regulations.

Road Shuttle of Manchester will use the vehicle on its express shuttle service into Europe carrying high-value freight, such as computer parts.
