PLANS by Associated Mini Operators (Amos) to ope 400 minibuses on four rou across London are to be givi second public hearing.
The original Amos applica for a London Bus Agreemer operate the service was tut down by London Transport a stormy public inqu conducted by independ inspector Geoffrey Holden.
Amos exercised its right al peal to Transport Secretary King on the grounds that concept of high freque minibus operators was properly understood and not given an impartial hearir the first inquiry.
Mr King has given the ahead for a second public t ing, which will be held at Central Hall, Westminster, don, from October 26. ThE peal hearing is expected to three weeks. The name ol Inspector appointed to cor the appeal hearing has yet i announced.
