DRIVERS should be prepared for more trunk road delays, following the start of more work for the Department of Transport.
There will be lane closures and contraflow working on a five-and-a-half mile section of the Al between Fairburn and Micklefield in West Yorkshire until late November, while carriageways are repaired.
In Devon, the A38 is being repaired on a two-mile stretch between Voss Farm and Lee Mill, near Plymouth. There will be contraflow working until Christmas. And there will be carriageway closures until late November on the A63 at Boothferry Road, Hessle, near Hull during resurfacing work.
