Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A DDITIONAL facilities have been PA granted to coach operators J. Fishwick and Sons, of Leyland, Lanes, by the North Western Traffic Commissioners following inquiries at Preston on May 19, continued at Morecambe and Manchester on May 26 and June 24 respectively.

A shopping excursion to Manchester and additional day, half-day and evening excursions to Jodrell Bank and Ringway Airport, Blackpool, Ripon, Doncaster, Thirsk. Pontefract and Oulton Park were granted.

Period-return excursions to Blackpool, Morecambe, Pwllheli, Filey, Skegness, Scarborough, Rhyl, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno were granted for operation during the Leyland annual holiday fortnight and, starting in 1966, two-day tours to London and Edinburgh have been authorized, but only within the holiday fortnight.

Children between three and 14 years of age will now be charged two-thirds of the adult fare (instead of half) to the nearest 3d. above.
