(Authorization of Special Types) (Amendment) Order 1965, No. 1624 came into operation. This clarifies the position regarding attendants by providing that an attendant under s. 72 of the Road Traffic Act 1960 may be treated also as an attendant under Article 24 of the Special Types Order 1963.
