Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ASPECIAL 150-ton, 64-wheel, low-loading machinery trailer has been delivered to Pickfords Ltd. by Crane Fruehauf Trailers Ltd., and is illustrated here. Because a maximum overall length of only 45 ft. was specified, special consideration had to be given to the unusually high loading of the trailer surface (about 7,000 lb/sq. ft.). Loading and unloading are simplified by the unusually low platform (2 ft. 9 in.), facilitated by the small wheels and tyres. which are Michelin " X " 8.25-15. The trailer is fully steering on all axles, being controlled by the drawbar to give a turning circle of only 38 ft. Drawbar control is identical at both ends.

Suspension is the standard Crane Fruehauf hydraulic type with 14-in. stroke. The outer wheelbase is 39 ft., the platform is 11 ft. 2 in. wide, and in each set the axles are at 5 ft. 2 in. centres longitudinally.
