Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I'm writing this on Tuesday afternoon at Millbrook Proving Ground, which is a hive of activity. It's the day before Commercial Motor Live, and I've never seen so many Euro-6 trucks in one place. We're expecting more than 1,000 of you to walk through these doors, and for many this will be the first chance to get behind the wheel of a Euro-6 I know I can't wait to have my first drive of a Renault T range. And Commercial Motor Live will also be a great place to learn about Euro-6 trucks. I will be chairing seminars on the subject, alongside Elddis Transport boss Nigel Cook. I've just had a sneak preview of his presentation, and it seems like he's impressed with Euro-6. He reckons UK hauliers have nothing to worry about. Why, then, has he just taken

10 new Euro-5 Actros tractors under derogation? Finally, you'll notice that CM has had a refresh. As well as giving the UK's best-selling weekly trucking magazine a new look, we've increased the editorial pagination. So whether you buy it for the news, legal, first drives, road tests and features, or simply to source quality used trucks, at a bargain £2.70 a week, CM has never been better value for money.
