Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

prices for the rest of the winter Following this month's near 5% hike in bulk rates.

This week's official introduction of a low-sulphur diesel, political upheaval in the Middle East and the onset of winter have combined to force up the average price to bulk purchasers to around 48.2p/lit (ex-VAT)—up 4.8% since the beginning of September. Because of the seasonal increase in demand, prices are not expected to come down for some months, if at all.

The EU's introduction of the new grade of diesel, which contains 0.05% sulphur (compared with the previous standard of 0.2%) is thought to have added around 0.5p/lit since it came on to the market last month.

Bunkering service Keyfuels has pulled out of the BP Truckstops following a disagreement over BP's handling tariff. The affected sites ore: Alconbury, Birtley, Rugby, South Mimms, Carlisle, Wolverhampton and Immingham.
