Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Frozen Food distributor Brake Bros is to spend £18m on a new national distribution site in the Midlands but says recruitment of new drivers will be "modest''.

The centre will act as a hub for six existing depots operated by Brake's new subsidiary. Puritan Maid, which supplies multi-temperature food to customers such as Forte, Allied Domecq and Bass.

Brake Bros company secretary Martin Purvis says the new centre will mean a small expansion of Puritan Maid's fleet, which currently runs to 160 vehicles, but he adds that many of the necessary staff and vehicles needed will be relocated from existing sites.

The company has shortlisted a number of potential sites in the Midlands, and Purvis expects a decision to be made within the next few weeks. Brake Bros has more than 40 depots across the UK with a fleet of 700 vehicles. The company also owns French Frozen food supplier Frigosud.
