Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A CARDIFF-based haulier and freight forwarder was last week named as the fastest growing business in Wales.

Freight Systems Express Wales (FSEW) increased its turnover from £800,000 in 2002/2003 to £4.3m in its latest financial year. It led the Fast Growth 50 table compiled by Professor Dylan Jones-Evans.

FSEW was founded in 2002 by Geoff Tomlinson and Andrea O'Neill, initially operating as a freight forwarder before acquiring its own vehicles. The company now runs seven trucks and 16 trailers and is about to expand the fleet to 10 trucks and 25 trailers.

Tomlinson says FSEW's rapid expansion has been helped by expanding into international markets and cultivating relationships with international partners.
