Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PERATOR CONSORTIUM igsaw Solutions has won a £2.5m ontract with Twyford Bathrooms.

The deal involves the nationvide distribution of bathroom fit tings from Twyford's factory in Alsager, Staffs.

Jigsaw is tendering for several other contracts and has been making steady progress this year. Late last year one of its founding members, Devon-based Stoford Transport, went into receivership (CM 18 November 2004). Despite this Stoford boss Chris Tancock did not resign as a director of Jigsaw until September this year. However, Jigsaw general manager Harvey Douglas stresses that Tancock"hasn't had an active role in the company for nearly a year".

Douglas adds that the delay in Tancock's res ignation was caused by the "various hoops to jump through with the receiver".

These are also believed to be to do with Stoford's 11% shareholding in Jigsaw, but Douglas declines to elaborate.

Stoford's share of the Jigsaw work has been taken over by other firms within the consortium, but in the South-West deliveries are now being handled by Glastonburybased Sparks Transport.

There are no plans to offer Sparks a shareholding in Jigsaw, Douglas reports: "We have an ongoing relationship at present; we'll see where it takes us."

Sparks currently runs a fleet of 60 trucks, mainly on dry freight and container work.
