• Shropshire operator John Idris Evans is appealing to Shrewsbury Crown Court against his conviction for using a vehicle with an uncalibrated tachograph and without an excise licence. Market Drayton magistrates gave him a conditional discharge for six months and ordered him to pay costs and back duty of £1,345.81.
