Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Hammond • Hammond Transport Group has started work on a £7m/three-year overnight contract with Toyota GB. Six regional depots will be served with loaded demountable boxes from the main parts warehouse at Lutterworth, Leics. The boxes will be loaded on to 7.5-tonners for local delivery. With many of Toyota's 250 dealers in residential areas, noise is an important factor. The 29 vehicles on the contract are equipped with hush kits including insulated engine cowlings, quiet toil-lifts and air suspension. Hammond previously handled Toyota's parts distribution with 10 38-tonne artics and 21 vans. It won the contract ahead of Federal Express, Swift Transport Services, TNT and Seaking; a sister company to Toyota GB (CM 17-23 June).
