Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Fruck thieves struck on the A2 on the night of 23/24 October. Their target was Osborne 'fraction's almost-new 6X2 Scania 143 tractive unit, which was taken from a layby at Barham between 1 lpm and 3am.

The blue and white tractor was hooked up to a 50m3 aluminium tri-axle tipping semitrailer with a lifting front axle and brand new donkey engine.

Identifying marks on the cab include Osborne Traction livery on both doors; the words Owner Driver in script to each side of the front Scania logo; a pale blue sun visor and a plain white air deflector without side skirts. Registration is F330 KEV; chassis 1134275 and engine 5536042.
