Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Skiploader hire and sale firm Trio Containers is to spend more than £10 million over the next 12 months on 500 17-tonne chassis.

The order will extend its fleet from 350 to about 500: sales manager John Jackson says vehicles are being sold or replaced regularly and no truck in its fleet is older than 18 months.

The order is likely to be split between Leyland Daf, Mercedes-Benz, Iveco Ford and Volvo.

The company is also buying 300 CH503A slciploader bodies from Telehoist of Cheltenham, following an earlier order for 200 bodies.

Trio, which opened its eighth depot in Southampton last month, is planning to expand into Bristol, Portsmouth, Glasgow, south Kent and East Anglia. It already has outlets in Milton Keynes (where it has its head office), Birmingham, Manchester, London, Sheffield, Cardiff and Newcastle.

The Southampton depot, which is starting with a stock of 10 vehicles, is on Albert Road North; telephone (0703) 637435.

El Meanwhile, Trio has added a front-loader to its fleet. The 30-tonne Leyland Daf Constructor has been fitted by Hearncrest Boughton Engineering and has a body capacity of around 40in with a bubble tailgate.
