Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A MEETING to discuss the future of Unilever's SPD company between management representatives and the Transport and General Workers' Union, ended with the Union unsatisfied.

TGWU national officer Jack Ashwell headed the union's case at the meeting last Saturday to discuss the possible sale of SPD to the National Freight Consortium. He told CM that the union was "not entirely satisfied with their [SPD's] responses".

At time of going to press the TGWU was hoping for more meetings during last week, some with the NFC.
