Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

As an owner-driver who has recently joined a local association, I was surprised to read the comments of the North Western ODA representative Bob Wilkins (CM, October 20).

As far as I am aware, one of the main requirements to be accepted into the BAOD is that the applicant be a bona fide owner-driver. The "Insurance Broker" has described a "lack of progress".

Surely the aim of forming a local association is to encourage members and their locally elected committee, to discuss and put forward suggestions to benefit the members in their own area,

The local association nominate one of their committee to represent them on the National Executive Committee, to discuss and propose suggestions to benefit members at local and national level. All matters
