Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A COMPACTION container body designed to handle domestic waste has been built for Saunders Transport by Till Fabrications.

TTB fabrications, part of the Boughton Group of companies, made the container so that it could be top-loaded, but it has rear doors to speed discharge and to permit rear loading where necessary at transfer stations.

Constructed entirely from heavy-duty steel, the container has a capacity of 40cum (14,428cuft). It measures 2,845mm (112in) high and 7,470mm (294in) long.

A fully welded type of construction is employed in the design with 3mm BS sheeting.

Saunders Transport moves 100,000 tons of domestic waste every year for the GLC and have some of the new bodies fitted to both Foden and Volvo 30-ton chassis.

These each carry up to 17 tons of compacted waste, and work as a fleet on a rota basis daily from GLC London collection points to the appropriately named Mucking in Essex, where the rubbish is discharged.
