BRADFORD CITY'S transport committee has accepted tenders for a total of 30 new buses to be delivered next year, both as normal fleet replacements and as replacements for trolleyb uses. Daimler Transport Vehicles Ltd. will supply 20 Fleetline CRG6 double-deck bus chassis while an order for 10 rear-engined single-deckers, the city's first, will be divided between AEC and Leyland.
The AECs will be Swift MP2R 36ft models while the Leylands will be Panther PSUR1/1R special single-deck models.
