THE National Joint Industrial Council for the Road Passenger Transport Industry has held an inquiry into a dispute between Sunderland Corporation and its transport staff over the reorganization of the town's bus services. The employees, numbering 800, have refused to agree to the introduction of new schedules on the grounds that they would cause hardship.
