The conference under the auspices of the London and Provincial Omnibus Owners' Association, which will be held in the Conference Room at Olympia, on Tuesday, November 3rd, with Mr. Richard S. Tilling, J.P., in the chair, will consider the First Interim Report of the Departmental Committee on the Licensing and Regulation of Public Service Vehicles, in particular in connection with the dimensions of vehicles, discretion of local authorities, appeals, standing passengers and conductors of express carriages—all matters which are referred to in the report. The conference will open at 11.15 a.m.
